Claredon N.Y.-Orleans County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a head on crash that sent two women to the hospital Wednesday morning.
Deputies say their cars collided head on in the town of Clarendon shortly before 8:00 a.m.
Deputies say 28 year old Randi Lee Johnson of Albion was driving on Route 31A when she crossed over the center line near the intersection of South Manning Rd. hitting a car driven by 29 year old Sherell Lindsey of Medina.
Johnson's car caught fire not before though she was able to escape.
She was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.
Lindsey was trapped in her car for a time She was taken by Mercy Flight to Strong as well.
No word on charges here.
