Rochester, NY -- Four area men have been indicted in what state offiicials says was a scheme to rig the bidding process for multi-million-dollar County contracts.
They include Robert Wiesner, the husband of Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks and the former head of security at the County Water Authority.
The others are former County IT Officer Nelson Rivera; and Navitech Services Corporation Owner John Maggio. And new charges have been filed against Daniel Lynch, the former Siemens Building Technologies sales executive previously charged last month.
The indictment alleges they colluded to steer the process for awarding county contracts, funneling money to preferred vendors.
