Ex-Marine Pleads Not Guilty to Obstruction in Disappearance, Death of Girlfriend

San Diego, CA -- An Ex-Marine in California has entered a not guilty plea to new obstruction of justice charges in the disappearance and death of his girlfriend in Panama.

Brian Brimager was arraigned Friday on the new charges involving Yvonne Baldelli, whose parents live in Fairport. Her remains were found last summer in a zippled bag in Panama, nearly two years after she and Brimager traveled there together.

Brimager is charged with obstruction of justice, giving false statements and falsifying records. He could face murder charges in Panama.
