Former Greece police chief sued by his lawyer

Former Greece Police Chief Merritt Rahn is being sued by his defense attorney.

Lawyer John Parrinello claims Rahn owes him nearly $70,000. Parrinello represented Rahn in 2010 when he was on trial for evidence tampering and official misconduct. Rahn was found guilty of faking a background check for a former officer and for trying to cover up another officer's involvement in a hit-and-run crash on 390.

Rahn was convicted and served more than two years in prison before being paroled in 2012. He filed for bankruptcy last year.
