Frederick Douglass statue to be dedicated in D.C.

A likeness of one of Rochester's most famous residents is being dedicated Wednesday at the U.S. Capitol VIsitor Center in Washington.

The statue of abolitionist Frederick Douglass was completed by sculptor Steven Weitzman in 2007, but Senator Schumer says plans for its display at the Capitol was held up by red tape.
