A Rochester woman has been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury on 12 counts of aggravated DWI for driving a school bus with 12 children aboard while she was allegedly drunk.
Amini Kellum was arrested in late August after a minor crash with the bus at a Mt. Read Boulevard gas station. Police found she had just dropped off 12 Brighton Central School District children a short time before.
Kellum denied being drunk and said she hit the railing at the station's gas pumps because she misjudged how much space she had to turn around. Police say her blood alcohol level was .09, just above the legal limit.
