Local Doctor Pleads Not Guilty

Rochester N.Y.-A not guilty plea today from a local doctor to charges related to the discovery of a missing man's body. That body was found partially buried in the backyard of his home on Rowley Stret.

Dr. William Lewek is facing charges that for now include tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

 

Police belieive Lewek moved the body of 31-year-old Matthew Straton from the third floor of his home to the backyard.

Straton had been missing since last October. As of now the Psychiatrist is not charged with Straton's death. Officials still awaitng the medical report on how Straton died.

He is due back in court April 30th.
