Victor, NY -- New York State Police say a man is facing charges for waving a gun at another driver on the Thruway in Victor.
It happened Sunday evening. Troopers say Chrstopher Tyler, 47, from East Andover, Maine, allegedly pulled alongside the other driver three times, waving a gun. The man was found later at a Thruway rest area in Erie County. Troopers say he was traveling with two loaded handguns, a .357 revolver and 9 mm semi-automatic pistol.
Tyler is charged with second-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Menacing.
