Roch. city council considers Inner Loop plan

Rochester, NY -- Rochester City Council is looking over the latest plans for filling-in the east side of the Inner Loop.

Council Vice President Dana Miller says the project would result in a boulevard and 8 acres of commercial and residential space.

Miller says final council approval is likely by the end of the year. The city has qualified for a $17 million federal grant for the project.
