Roch. man indicted for alleged threat against the President

Rochester, NY -- A Rochester man has been indicted on federal charges he allegedly made threats against President Obama.

In April 2012, Christopher Ludwig is alleged to have called the Monroe County Board of Elections and told an employee "I am going to kill him" in reference to the President of the United States.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.
