Rochester N.Y.- A court appearance expected today for the four men accused in a state investigation involving Monroe County.
The men, including the husband of Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks, were arrested last month after an investigation into so called LDC'S.
Investigators say they men were involved in a scheme to make sure that companies with which they had a financial interest were given contracts for county projects.
The State Attorney General's Office however has requested that charges against Brooks' husband, Robert Wiesner be dropped for now. His attorney argued that his client should have had the oppourtunity to testify in front of a grand jury.
