Rochester, NY -- The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says charges have been lodged against a young driver who survived a crash in Pittsford that killed a passenger.
Michael Weber, 20, was arraigned Monday afternoon at Strong Memorial Hospital on charges of second-degree vehicular manslaughter and reckless driving. He also received several traffic citations. Cash bail was set at $75,000.
