Man Arrested Twice for Assassination Threats Due in Court

Rochester, N.Y. - The Rochester man charged twice last week for allegedly threatening President Obama, Governor Cuomo and lieutenant governor Duffy is due in court today.

Brandon Correa was arrested Tuesday, and then allegedly made new threats -- leading to his second arrest on Tuesday. Authorities say his postings on social media included photographs of Obama, Cuomo and Duffy and the words “you three get ready to die.”
